Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities: Implements individualized behavior intervention plans, collects behavioral data, supports crisis de-escalation, reinforces skill acquisition, and collaborates with educators and families under BCBA supervision. Qualifications: Current Registered Behavior Technician certification. Experience implementing Applied Behavior Analysis with children and adolescents preferred. Supervisory Relationships: Reports to the BCBA. Skills and Knowledge: Behavior intervention, data collection, crisis response, communication, and family collaboration. Travel/Special Requirements: Occasional travel between district sites. Salary Range: Based on Springdale Public Schools salary schedule. Hours: 178 contract days (0.6418 FTE).
