About This Role
The Sales Coordinator supports sales account managers in administrative tasks, enhances communication, and ensures smooth execution of item and product/sample management.
- Establishes a community of practice with Sales Coordinator peers to identify best practices.
- Assists in developing cohesive team processes and trackers for effective execution.
- Owns meeting cadence and invites with account managers to obtain tasks and priorities.
- Maintains a high level of organization to efficiently manage tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and streamline workflows.
- Owns and maintains competitive assortment audits.
- Supports Directors on approved strategic initiatives.
- Supports ASP Lead on administrative tasks and execution.
**Item Management**
- Partners with sales teams to support new item & feature setup, item content health scores and item maintenance (entering, tracking, and communicating progress and completion across sales teams).
- Partner, support and communicate to sales teams on domestic QMS and Quest processes (input, tagging, printing, and delivery of samples to LOC).
- Maintains item files, feature files & other ad hoc maintenance and tracking files.
- Supports promotional and feature documents for the account teams.
**Product & Sample Management**
- Owns account teams sample ordering and management processes for CTL, ISTA, line reviews, strategic meetings, and any other account management needs.
- Owns and executes the CTL/ISTA process (Ordering, tracking, labeling and coordinate delivery).
- Organizes, sets and maintains backroom product and in-office modulars.
- Assists sales team with any product organization or delivery needs.
**Qualifications/Requirements:**
- Collaborative and effective communication, interpersonal, and conflict management skills.
- Strong attention to detail, creative thinking, and exceptional problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and redirect frequently.
- Self-starter with a bias toward action, taking initiative, and communicating challenges with solutions.
- Proficient in Windows Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Walmart and Sam’s Club Systems knowledge preferred but not required (item360, QMS, Quest, Madrid, etc.).
**Minimum Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Walmart and Sam’s club experience preferred.
