About The Position
The Senior Analyst, AI and Visualization plays a critical role in shaping how data, AI, and advanced analytics improve the internal and external experience across the ecosystem. The role takes on high-impact business problems—often ambiguous and cross-functional—and translates them into scalable, data-driven solutions that influence strategic decisions across the organization.
This role operates as both a hands-on technical leader and a trusted thought partner, delivering measurable improvements through experimentation, agentic AI solutions, and predictive models while elevating the data science craft through mentorship and collaboration.
Success in this role requires strong analytical and technical capabilities, sound business judgment, and the ability to communicate complex analytical concepts clearly to varied stakeholders. The role also requires curiosity, innovation, strategic thinking, and the ability to balance technical depth with cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead high-impact analytical initiatives by framing complex business questions into testable hypotheses, analytical approaches, and deployable AI-driven solutions that continuously improve staff and guest experiences.
- Design, execute, and scale experimentation including A/B testing, causal inference, and machine learning models that directly inform financial, operational, and strategic decisions.
- Develop and deploy Agentic AI solutions that expand ecosystem AI capabilities, moving concepts from prototype to production independently and in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Transform raw, multi-domain data into insights by sourcing, validating, and modeling large datasets to ensure accuracy, relevance, and business fitness.
- Influence decisions through storytelling by translating analytical findings into clear, compelling narratives and visualizations tailored to senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Raise the technical bar across the organization through mentorship, modeling techniques, coding standards, and analytical best practices.
- Collaborate across functions to ensure analytical solutions are scalable, adopted, and aligned with enterprise objectives.
- Monitor analytical, AI, and data trends to identify opportunities, risks, and potential areas for operational and strategic improvement.
- Monitor, validate, and maintain data quality, integrity, and consistency across analytical datasets and reporting solutions.
- Synthesize complex analytical findings and data inputs into actionable insights, summaries, reports, dashboards, and visualizations for stakeholders and leadership.
- Advise stakeholders and leadership on trends, risks, opportunities, and analytical findings through clear and concise communication.
- Maintain organized documentation related to analytical models, reporting logic, datasets, methodologies, and technical processes.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support evolving organizational needs.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in statistics, economics, analytics, mathematics, computer science, information technology, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred. Equivalent experience may be considered for exceptional candidates.
- 5–7 years of experience in analytics, data science, business intelligence, AI-enabled analytics, or a related field. Experience working with data visualization, experimentation, or predictive modeling is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience delivering data science or advanced analytics solutions that influenced decision-making and business outcomes.
- Experience utilizing data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Streamlit.
- Strong technical proficiency in SQL and Python, including experience using libraries such as pandas, scikit-learn, and statsmodels to analyze large, complex datasets.
- Practical experience with experimentation methodologies including A/B testing, causal inference, and statistical analysis in real-world business environments.
- Working knowledge of Generative and Agentic AI, including building autonomous or multi-agent workflows and integrating them into broader analytical solutions.
- Experience operating in cloud data ecosystems (e.g., Snowflake) to productionize models.
- Business and strategic acumen with the ability to structure ambiguous problems, prioritize impact, and recommend data-driven actions.
- Strong written and verbal communication and influence skills, including the ability to earn trust, align stakeholders, and drive decisions without formal authority.
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects and information with accuracy.
- Natural problem solver with a creative, inquisitive, and open-minded approach, able to apply bold and innovative thinking to complex challenges.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
