What you'll do... Analyze business data to support decision-making and improve organizational performance. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify service issues and implement effective solutions. Manage service delivery processes ensuring adherence to service-level agreements and quality standards. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and stakeholder experience. Support project activities by tracking progress, managing milestones, and facilitating change management. Evaluate contracts and vendor performance to mitigate risks and ensure compliance. Develop and maintain knowledge resources to support service excellence and operational efficiency. What you'll bring: Proven experience in stakeholder management and service excellence within complex organizational environments. Strong problem-solving skills utilizing diagnostic tools and methodologies to identify and resolve business challenges. Demonstrated ability to manage projects, including tracking progress, meeting milestones, and supporting change management initiatives. Knowledge of continuous improvement processes such as Kaizen or Six Sigma to enhance operational efficiency. Understanding of business requirements across finance, operations, and service-level agreements to support decision-making. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and improve service delivery.
