Job Summary:
Under general supervision, this position is responsible for ensuring shop inventory is available and accessible for shop technicians, maintain sustainable level of parts, and ensure items are properly setup for new equipment.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Answer item-related questions; troubleshoot parts issues and inquiries from inventory locations and Fleet Support
Manage equipment bill of materials
Create new Item Numbers to be managed by internal Inventory Locations
Prepare and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of weekly/monthly/ad hoc reports
Maintain part levels at a sustainable level for technicians for repairs
Coordinate with outside vendors for part setup on new incoming equipment
Train, mentor, and onboard junior team members
Other duties as assigned

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include skills, education, experience, geography, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position may be eligible for annual bonus and incentives based on profitability or volumes in accordance with the terms of the Company’s bonus and incentive plans, as applicable and in effect from time to time.
