As a Senior Data Analyst on the Supply Strategy team within Last Mile Delivery, you will leverage advanced data management and analytical techniques to identify, assess, and interpret complex business data across multiple domains. You will translate business requirements into actionable insights, ensuring data quality and governance standards are met. About the team: The Senior Data Analyst team transforms complex data into actionable business insights by collaborating with stakeholders to define reporting needs and develop analytical models. The team focuses on data management, quality, and visualization to identify trends and recommend data-driven solutions. The team utilizes advanced SQL, Excel, and visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau to improve reporting processes and support decision-making. What you'll do: Identify and evaluate data sources aligned with business requirements and quality standards to support accurate analysis. Perform initial data quality assessments and manage ongoing data cleansing activities to ensure reliability. Translate complex business problems into data-driven solutions using appropriate analytical methods and tools. Develop and deliver insightful data visualizations tailored to stakeholder needs, collaborating with UX/UI teams as necessary. Provide actionable recommendations based on thorough exploratory data analysis and statistical techniques. Support data governance by promoting adherence to data quality frameworks, policies, and accessibility standards. Mentor junior analysts and contribute to continuous improvement of data management practices. What you'll bring: Proven expertise in data management, including data quality assessment and governance practices. Strong proficiency in data analysis and ad hoc reporting to support business decision-making. Experience with database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL, and familiarity with distributed data stores. Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable data solutions aligned with strategic goals. Skilled in exploratory data analysis using statistical techniques and relevant tools like Python or SQL. Effective communication skills to present data insights clearly to stakeholders and influence outcomes. Knowledge of data visualization best practices and tools to create impactful reports and dashboards. The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
