What you'll do... Direct inventory planning by analyzing projections, monitoring markdown budgets, and developing prioritized recommendations to optimize category performance. Manage supplier relationships and contracts, ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to financial commitments. Lead cross-functional initiatives to develop merchandising programs, communication platforms, and training content aligned with business strategies. Guide corporate initiatives by collaborating with senior leadership, conducting cost-benefit analyses, and driving accountability across teams. Analyze business objectives and customer needs to implement strategies that improve operational processes and financial outcomes. Develop and mentor talent, fostering workforce capability and succession planning. Promote integrity and ethical standards while supporting continuous learning and performance improvement. Proven ability to develop and execute strategic business plans aligned with financial goals and inventory management. Strong expertise in supplier and vendor relationship management, including contract negotiation and operational oversight. The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00 - $260,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
