You will build freight forwarding services to solve complex and unique customer needs. In this role, you’ll build the global logistics services we offer to shippers by working closely with marketplace and logistics teams on complex projects to scope, design, implement, and launch new commercial services. About the team: The team drives the development and scaling of global logistics and international freight forwarding services that prioritize convenience, reliability, and cost efficiency for marketplace sellers. It establishes strategic vision and executes ocean freight forwarding and consolidation initiatives. Leveraging extensive logistics and technology expertise, the team creates commercial product roadmaps aligned with Walmart’s systems strategy. Collaborating across supply chain, marketplace, product, and engineering functions, it delivers enterprise-wide programs, manages P&L responsibilities, and ensures financial targets. Extensive experience in global freight forwarding (Ocean & Air) with a proven track record of driving growth and reducing costs. Strong expertise in freight forwarding to enhance supply chain efficiency. Demonstrated ability to manage profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities effectively. Proven skills in cross-functional collaboration and influencing stakeholders at all organizational levels. Experience in talent management and leading change management initiatives. Proficiency in leveraging information systems, technology roadmaps, and architecture strategy to drive product adoption and business development. The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00 - $260,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
