You’ll sweep us off our feet if you excel at the following skills: • eCommerce Transportation subject matter expertise • Bring structure to a complex cross functional environment • Influence without authority • Have 4-6 years of experience in a similar role You’ll make an impact by… • Coordinating processes and mechanisms through the discovery, development, and deployment phases of the prioritized new capability. • Representing peer group in one-off VP decision reviews when peer group is not able to reach resolution or leadership support is required to proceed. • Developing Product and Systems working knowledge to influence direction of future Product development. • Developing pilot plan and execute to scale • Leading new capability integration plan reviews with Leadership and hand-offs to business teams who can own continuous improvement initiatives. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
