What you'll do: Oversight of campus catering programming and management of third-party food provider This includes reviewing, approving, and ensuring timely payment of catering invoices, supporting accurate cost tracking, resolving billing discrepancies, and partnering with finance and vendors to maintain strong financial controls Additional oversight is supported across key food amenity programs, including the Walmart Grab & Go Market program, coffee shops, and food truck plazas Efforts include identifying gaps in food quality, quantity, presentation, and pricing; addressing associate concerns; and supporting efficient ordering, delivery, setup, and service execution. What you'll bring: Proven expertise in program management with the ability to drive multiple business plans and projects to successful completion. Strong leadership skills in supervising, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities to influence and align cross-functional teams. Demonstrated experience in process improvement, gap analysis, and implementing best practices. Proficiency in data analysis to evaluate program performance and inform decision-making. Adaptability and resilience in managing change and overcoming obstacles. Skilled in Microsoft Office and other tools to support program execution and reporting. The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
