What you'll do The Senior Manager, Supply Chain Management - Recommerce Business Services serves as the business and financial management leader for Walmart's Reverse and Recommerce business. This role is responsible for driving portfolio performance, maximizing financial value, establishing governance and controls, and providing the insights and business rigor needed to support strategic decision-making. Partnering closely with Finance, Operations, Product, Technology, and external service providers, you will lead the development of scalable business services capabilities that improve financial transparency, strengthen accountability, and support the continued growth of Walmart's recommerce business. Key Responsibilities Financial Leadership & Portfolio Performance Serve as the business services leader for the Recommerce portfolio, driving financial transparency, accountability, and value creation. Partner with Finance and senior leadership to optimize revenue, profitability, recovery rates, and overall portfolio performance. Develop and enhance portfolio financial frameworks, including P&L methodologies, performance drivers, and key business metrics. Lead the measurement and reporting of total value delivered to Walmart, including direct revenue, profit contribution, enabled sales, cost savings, and cost avoidance. Provide financial insights and recommendations that support strategic and operational decision-making. Performance Analytics & Executive Reporting Own portfolio-wide KPI governance, reporting standards, and business performance measurement. Establish consistent methodologies and definitions that provide a comprehensive view of portfolio health and financial performance. Deliver executive-level reporting, business reviews, and financial deep dives that improve leadership understanding and decision quality. Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through advanced analysis and performance monitoring. Commercial Governance & Partner Management Oversee governance of third-party commercial agreements, Statements of Work (SOWs), audits, and contractual performance expectations. Partner with Legal, Procurement, Finance, and Operations to ensure commercial structures align with strategic and financial objectives. Drive accountability and performance improvements with external partners while identifying opportunities to enhance financial outcomes and service delivery. Establish governance processes for the review and approval of material contractual, financial, and operational changes. Financial Administration & Controls Oversee accounts receivable, collections, invoicing, and payment management processes across the Reverse and Recommerce business. Drive improvements in billing accuracy, collection effectiveness, cash flow performance, and financial controls. Partner with shared services, accounting teams, and offshore support organizations to develop scalable processes and operational efficiencies. Ensure compliance with company policies, financial controls, and risk management standards. What you'll bring Experience leading business services, financial planning, business analytics, commercial management, or related functions within a large-scale enterprise environment. Strong financial acumen, including experience with P&L management, financial reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis. Proven ability to translate complex financial and operational data into actionable business insights and recommendations. Experience managing third-party partnerships, contracts, and governance processes. Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior leaders and stakeholders. Strong executive communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Experience in retail, supply chain, reverse logistics, recommerce, marketplace, or related industries preferred. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
