As a member of Garver’s growing Water Design Center, the Senior Structural Engineer will be responsible for developing structural designs in support of water and wastewater treatment projects and related facilities. The Senior Structural Engineer will lead a project team of junior engineers, designers, and technicians to produce plans and specifications and manage workload on various Water Business Line projects. This role in the Water Design Center will consist of providing structural support as required for a variety of water and wastewater projects, but the majority of the expected assignments will be related to developing structural designs for new water and wastewater treatment plants or improvements to existing water and wastewater treatment facilities. Primary responsibilities include leading a project team, ensuring quality program compliance, managing multiple projects, and mentoring junior team members.
