Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities: Serves as the primary liaison between families, schools, and community providers. Coordinates family engagement, referrals, wraparound services, transition planning, parent education, and multidisciplinary communication to support student success. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Social Work required. Minimum three years of experience working with children, youth, and families in behavioral health, education, or community settings. Supervisory Relationships: Reports to the Project Director. Skills and Knowledge: Family engagement, trauma-informed care, case management, community resource coordination, communication, and collaboration. Travel/Special Requirements: Frequent travel to homes, schools, and partner agencies. Salary Range: Based on Springdale Public Schools salary schedule. Hours: 40 hours per week (1.0 FTE).
