Staff Accountant

As a Staff Accountant, you will be a hands-on financial leader who partners with plant and business leadership to drive accurate, timely financial reporting and operational performance. This role leads and develops accounting staff, oversees core functions including payroll, accounts payable, cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, inventory, and month-end close, and ensures strong financial discipline across the organization. The Staff Accountant plays a key role in delivering accurate insights, supporting decision-making, and driving accountability while consistently meeting corporate standards and expectations. Key responsibilities include reviewing labor, statistical, and financial data to support budgeting and forecasting, overseeing timecard collection, analyzing production costs, supervising fixed asset tracking, and ensuring compliance with corporate financial controls.
