Job Posting Description: What you'll do... Position: Staff, Technology Operations Job Location: 811 Excellence Dr, Bentonville, AR 72716 Duties: Financial Management: Create, manage, monitor Program budget. Provide estimation/ budgeting inputs to Business cases, Annual Operating Plan AOPs/Long Range Plan -LRPs. Monitor delivery schedules and cost expenditure for the program. Project the ROI of future programs. Program Estimation: Assess and identify the resources required for successful completion of the project of small to medium complexity. Identify potential risks for successful completion of the project. Business Operations: Cater to key stakeholders and their priorities. Participate in business task to get things done in own unit or area. Communicate key considerations for business decision making process. Comment on the organizations business model and financial goals. Cite examples of types of information needed to make sound business decisions. Technology Landscape Awareness: Develop, evaluate and implement proposed scenarios for projects and initiatives. Provide Tech. insights to influence stakeholder decision making. Translate business unit/domain requirements into strategies, initiatives, and projects and aligns them to business strategy and objectives, and drives the execution of deliverables. Demonstrate practical knowledge of multiple business units/organizations. Build and articulate the business case and return on investment and delivers work that has demonstrable value. Challenge technology assumptions on topics related to one's domain of expertise. Develop new organization-wide processes and ways of working related to one's domain of expertise. Teach and guide others on best practices. Program Definition: Understand business requirements and priorities to define an integrated plan for implementation of largescale organizational program (10+ vertical tracks). Define the charter, statement of work, module owners and performance measurement baselines for all modules within the program. Apply understanding of operational and financial factors that drive organizational success and the interdependencies between business functions to recommend solutions that work across business units/functions. Program Monitoring and Control: Monitor and evaluate the progress of the projects against approved milestones and timelines. Lead cross functional and/or pillar coordination meetings to review schedule progress, health, issues/risks, and key dependencies of the projects. Take appropriate measures when required to bring program health on track in case of adversity. Influencing and Building Stakeholder Consensus: Communicate articulately and concisely in stakeholder meetings involving multiple teams. Convey complex information and address ambiguity for robust technology development. Build productive, collaborative relationships with stakeholders. Influence team and stakeholders to take meaningful action with sound recommendations. Independently prepare clear, concise, logically structured and meaningful reports/material based on facts. Seek and provide constructive feedback, anticipate needs/questions, respond appropriately. Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree or the equivalent in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Business, Information Systems, Project/Program Management, Information Technology, Finance, Management related field plus 2 years of experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related experience; OR Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Business, Information Systems, Project/Program Management, Information Technology, Finance, Management related field plus 4 years of experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related experience. Skills Required: Must have experience with: Must have experience with: Financial modeling and cost-benefit analysis; Risk assessment and mitigation planning; End-to-end program/project management including Agile, Scrum, planning, execution, and reporting; Stakeholder alignment and executive reporting; KPI design and performance metric tracking; Cross-functional team coordination; Root cause analysis and corrective action planning; Business case development and ROI justification; Operational process improvement (inventory, logistics and quality); Advanced Excel for financial modeling, KPI dashboards, and reporting; Writing and executing SQL queries for operational data analysis.
