About this opportunity
Student Coordinators interact with students in our Driver Training Program. Student Coordinators provide support to Students during their time on campus + keep track of paperwork, assign evaluation forms and tests, secure hotel and travel accommodations, and resolve issues as they arise. This position requires an individual who can multi-task, possesses outstanding customer service/data entry skills, is detail-oriented, and enjoys working with people.
Pay and Schedule
This position is fully on-site in Tontitown, AR
Monday - Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM
The pay range is $19-$22 an hour dependent on experience
Responsibilities
- Coordinate student activities, events, and programs to promote engagement and community involvement
- Serve as a primary point of contact for students seeking support or information about campus resources
- Assist in managing student records, registration processes, and scheduling needs with accuracy and confidentiality
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to facilitate communication and address student concerns effectively
- Support new student orientation sessions by providing guidance and ensuring a positive introduction to campus life
- Maintain organized documentation of student participation, attendance, and feedback for continuous improvement
- Promote an inclusive environment by encouraging participation from diverse student populations
