About the team: The team leads strategic asset management, capital planning, and vendor management initiatives for Facilities Services Vehicle Fleet. What you'll do: Provide strategic direction by analyzing business objectives and customer needs to develop and implement effective program plans. Oversee program performance by monitoring key performance indicators, financial forecasts, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement. Foster talent development through coaching, mentoring, and succession planning to build a skilled and engaged workforce. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
