What you'll do... Collaborate with leadership and business partners to identify analytics objectives and develop research plans addressing key challenges. Lead and mentor a team to execute business area goals, providing coaching and performance feedback. Manage end-to-end project workstreams, including risk assessment and solution implementation. Develop and validate advanced data models and algorithms to drive actionable insights and business value. Present strategic recommendations to inform functional initiatives and support decision-making. Foster strong partnerships with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to align analytics efforts. Ensure compliance with company policies while promoting continuous learning and innovation.
