About the team: The team leads new store construction projects by managing budgets, schedules, and contractor performance to ensure quality delivery. What you'll do: Manage daily execution of construction projects, ensuring timely, on-budget, and within-scope delivery. Coordinate with contractors, architects, and engineers to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and standards. Review and validate construction drawings, submittals, and change requests to maintain alignment with approved designs. Track project milestones, identify risks, and escalate issues to leadership to sustain progress. Oversee pre- and post-construction activities, including costing, scheduling, and final closeout processes. Ensure adherence to Walmart and regulatory compliance, safety, and environmental standards throughout projects. Maintain accurate project documentation and provide status updates to stakeholders. Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and compliance with Walmart and industry standards. Ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, architects, and engineering teams to maintain project alignment. Expertise in tracking project milestones, identifying risks, and escalating issues to leadership. Familiarity with local, state, and federal building codes, safety, and environmental regulations. The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
