What you'll do: Develop and maintain strong relationships with project sponsors and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of requirements and expectations. Create and manage comprehensive project plans and schedules, aligning multiple work streams to achieve established objectives. Monitor project budgets, costs, and milestones, identifying risks and escalating changes as needed to maintain progress. Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver solutions efficiently while adhering to project management standards and ethical conduct. Provide leadership and development opportunities for associates, fostering accountability and continuous improvement. Implement communication plans to keep stakeholders informed with appropriate frequency and detail. What you'll bring: Proven experience managing multiple medium-scale projects or work streams with effective project coordination and planning. Strong stakeholder management skills, including building and maintaining relationships and communicating project requirements clearly. Manage regulatory deadlines and ensure timely responses to state-specific compliance requirements. Track and manage multiple regulatory deadlines at a given time. Ability to develop and maintain detailed project schedules, monitor milestones, and manage budgets to ensure timely delivery. Excellent communication skills to create and execute communication plans and provide status updates to various stakeholders. The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
