Translate business requirements into strategic talent acquisition projects aligned with organizational goals. Consult and influence business leaders on talent assessment frameworks and candidate selection processes. Develop and execute proactive recruiting strategies, including advanced sourcing techniques and candidate engagement. Lead and manage multiple large-scale projects using agile methodologies to ensure timely delivery and continuous improvement. Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and optimize talent acquisition outcomes. Partner cross-functionally to align recruiting efforts with evolving business needs and workforce planning. Coach and mentor team members to enhance recruiting effectiveness and candidate experience. What you'll bring: Extensive experience in talent acquisition strategy with a strong understanding of business unit needs and evolving role requirements. Proven ability to consult and influence business leaders on talent assessment and recruitment frameworks. Expertise in managing large-scale projects using agile methodology, including sprint planning and continuous improvement. Strong data-driven decision-making skills to analyze talent impacts and recommend strategic solutions. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with executive presence and influencing capabilities. Ability to develop and implement proactive recruiting strategies aligned with organizational goals. Experience coaching teams and delivering training on interview and evaluation best practices. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
