What you'll do: Carrier Network Development and Management: Develop a comprehensive network of reliable carriers, prioritizing efficient and cost-effective freight movement. Rate Negotiation: Negotiate competitive rates with carriers to minimize cost Load Tendering and Trace Management: Book loads from customers, trace loads as needed, and other related duties. Customer Service and Relationship Building: Provide exceptional service to all stakeholders, ensuring expectations are met while building strong relationships. Problem-solving and Decision-making: Employ critical thinking and sound decision-making skills to resolve issues and optimize carrier performance. The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
