What you'll do... Provide quality assurance to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of Data Loss Prevention (DLP) event data. Guide and mentor team members on DLP operations, policies, and investigative tools. Identify and analyze data leak incidents, recommending policy updates and tool enhancements. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures related to data security and incident response. Collaborate with stakeholders to assess cyber risks and implement mitigation strategies. Support coding, testing, and deployment of security solutions aligned with business requirements. Document processes, oversee projects, and assist with monthly reporting for the team. What you'll bring: Proven expertise in Data Loss Prevention operations, including incident management and investigative reporting. Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, privacy standards, and encryption algorithms. Experience with coding languages such as SQL, Java, C, or Python, and software testing methodologies. Ability to conduct cyber risk assessments and propose effective mitigation strategies. Skilled in stakeholder engagement, communication, and managing functional partnerships. Proficient in information assurance practices, data processing, and quality assurance for data accuracy. Demonstrated capability to mentor team members and document operational procedures.
