Role summary: The Senior Manager, Global Organizational Effectiveness, leads strategic human resource initiatives across multiple business areas to drive organizational performance and change. About the team: The team supports Sam’s Club by advancing People Partner effectiveness through diagnostics that distinguish strategic from transactional work. It leads process redesign to automate or retire transactional tasks and integrates AI into People processes and toolkits. The team establishes partnership models defining roles, decision rights, and collaboration cadence with the business. Success is measured by shifting People Partner focus toward strategic activities, redesigning and AI-enabling priority processes, and adopting new partnership models across pilot areas. This team drives organizational effectiveness by fostering innovation, strategic alignment, and continuous improvement. What you'll do: Lead global organizational effectiveness initiatives by developing and executing strategic human resource plans aligned with business goals. Drive change management efforts across multiple business areas, providing expert consulting and influencing key stakeholders throughout project lifecycles. Analyze complex data to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and ensure accuracy in reporting to support decision-making. Manage cross-functional projects, ensuring compliance with global and local policies while adapting to regulatory environments. Mentor and develop team members, fostering a high-performance culture through coaching, feedback, and performance management. Collaborate with business partners to remove barriers, optimize processes, and enhance organizational performance. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
