About the team: The Operations Improvement team leads efforts to enhance facility efficiency and service quality through process optimization and change management. Collaborating with cross-functional partners, the team identifies performance gaps, analyzes data, and implements scalable solutions that support daily operations and strategic goals. By standardizing best practices and fostering capability building, the team ensures consistent and effective operations across facilities. Their work advances key initiatives such as reducing delays, improving resource utilization, and strengthening execution to achieve sustained performance improvements at scale. What you'll do: Lead execution of business plans by identifying operational needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles to enhance performance. Supervise and develop associates through training, mentoring, and performance management to build effective teams. Evaluate and improve processes by analyzing data, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing sustainable solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Manage multiple projects by defining scope, coordinating activities, tracking progress, and reporting status to stakeholders. Promote adherence to company policies, ethics, and standards while supporting continuous learning and organizational culture change. Monitor program performance, address issues, and drive behavior change to achieve operational excellence. What you'll bring: Proven expertise in project management, including defining scope, establishing milestones, and tracking progress to ensure successful project delivery. Strong background in process improvement and change management, utilizing Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance operational efficiency. Ability to lead and develop teams through coaching, mentoring, and performance management to foster a collaborative work environment. Skilled in analyzing data and KPIs to evaluate performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement sustainable solutions. Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders, drive behavior change, and support organizational culture transformation. Experience managing budgets, resources, and governance to meet business objectives and compliance standards. The annual salary range for this position is $116,000.00 - $174,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
