What you'll do... Vendor Strategy & Finance: Lead end-to-end IDV/KYC vendor procurement, contract negotiation, and program budgeting, driving ROI and cost optimization tied to delivery volumes. Governance & Compliance: Establish robust governance frameworks, ensuring strict adherence to regulatory requirements, KYC standards, and data privacy. Performance Management: Monitor vendor SLAs and KPIs, acting as the primary escalation point for risks and performance improvement initiatives. Technology & Innovation: Leverage expertise in biometrics and AI fraud signals to evaluate emerging technologies and influence the strategic roadmap. Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Product, Engineering, and Legal to build a scalable, resilient identity infrastructure that combats evolving threats. What you'll bring... 7+ years of experience in Vendor Management, Program Governance, or Technology Strategy 3+ years in a senior leadership role Proven experience managing large-scale vendor ecosystems and procurement processes Strong financial acumen with ownership of multi-million dollar budgets Experience in digital identity, KYC, fraud, or trust & safety domains Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to identity verification Strong understanding of IDV vendor landscape and biometric technologies Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills At Walmart, we offer competitive pay as well as performance-based bonus awards and other great benefits for a happier mind, body, and wallet.
