About the team: The Global HR team supports Customer Engagement Services by addressing associate needs and advancing HR strategies. Located in Bentonville, Chennai, and Bangalore, the CES People team builds the foundation behind the customer experience. As CES evolves through technology, automation, and new work methods, the team partners with leaders to align people strategies with business goals. They focus on organizational design, talent strategy, leadership development, associate experience, and change management. This team uses data-driven insights to help leaders build high-performing teams equipped to meet future customer care demands. What you'll do: Drive execution of business plans by identifying needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles to enhance performance. Provide leadership through mentoring, training, and performance management to develop a high-performing team environment. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations while promoting ethical standards and integrity. Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate and improve human resource programs, processes, and operational efficiency. Lead organizational change initiatives by advising business leaders and assessing human resource impacts. Analyze and interpret data to inform decisions, create reports, and recommend actionable improvements. Foster a culture of respect, accountability, and continuous learning to support associate engagement and success. Strong ability to develop, communicate, and execute business plans aligned with strategic goals. Expertise in coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams to achieve operational excellence. Proficiency in data analysis to inform decision-making and drive performance improvements. Demonstrated capability to manage compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies effectively. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
