Store Assessment: Conducts detailed site evaluations and assessments for remodel projects and special projects. Prepares comprehensive assessment reports with recommendations. Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborates with internal teams, including Facilities, Design Managers, Construction, and Operations, as well as external partners such as architects, contractors, and local government authorities. Risk Management: Identifies potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution. Reporting: Prepares and presents detailed project reports to senior management, outlining progress, challenges, and solutions. About the team: The team leads strategic management of real estate portfolios, focusing on site evaluation, property development, and construction cost control. Collaborating closely with internal partners, contractors, and government agencies, the team ensures compliance and drives operational excellence. Members apply strong leadership, negotiation, and financial analysis skills to manage multiple projects, mitigate risks, and support business growth.
