Veterinarian

This is a safety/security sensitive position for purposes of the Arkansas Medical Marijuana Amendment. Responsibilities include overseeing the animal health program at the shelter, conducting spay/neuter surgeries, providing emergency care, and training Animal Services staff. Candidates should have a Doctoral degree (DVM) and two years of related experience, along with a State License to Practice Veterinary Medicine and Controlled Substance Certification, or the ability to obtain one within 6 months of employment.
