About This Role

Job Description

This position is responsible for packaging and shipping orders, shelving and pulling merchandise, organizing and rearranging merchandise, and communication with all team members to ensure efficient workflow.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Packing and shipping: package and prepare all orders for shipment. Generate packaging labels and postage, check orders for accuracy.

  2. Inventory: Check all orders for accuracy including address validation. Create and fold in electronic and paper Pack Sheets for orders, keep accurate electronic inventory, accurately pull orders from inventory, electronically.

  3. Materials Handling: Shelve all listed carts onto shelves, pull all sold merchandise from shelves, check orders for accuracy, ship merchandise via preferred shipping vendor, keep selves organized.

  4. Assist customer service representative, list merchandise, maintain clean and stocked work area according to established standards.

  5. Maintain a positive work environment by acting and communicating in a professional manner, this duty is performed daily.

  6. Perform other related duties as required.

  7. Perform any other related duties as required or assigned

Experience

7 to 11 months related experience and/or training.
