Position Details:

EVS/Housekeeping Supervisor

Full-Time Evenings

This position is responsible for ensuring a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for patients, staff, and visitors, in compliance with regulatory standards. Accountable for housekeeping processes and performance in the hospital, medical office building, and other facilities on campus (limited accountability in parking garages). Accountable for soiled linen collection, refuse management, and infection control. Minimum Qualification s: Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience: 2 years of management experience.

Preferred Qualifications: Education: Associate's degree or equivalent. Experience: Prior EVS management experience. Skills, Knowledge, Abilities:
• Ability to lead and manage in a diverse and demanding environment with focus on client/customer/nursing needs.
• Strong communications skills both oral and written.
• The ability to facilitate multiple complex projects simultaneously in a high-pressure environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, conceptual, and organizational skills on all levels.
• The ability to creatively manage and provide innovative solution which deliver effective results.
• Possess an extreme flexibility to render effective customer solution.
