The Fayetteville sales team is growing, and we're looking for a Strategic Account Manager who loves strategy, problem-solving and WINNING. This isn't a role where you simply process requests. We're looking for someone who wants a seat at the table - someone who can partner with our Account Executives, understand what a client is trying to accomplish, and help build the right digital solution to get them there. As a Strategic Account Manager, you'll work across Core Digital and Digital Marketing Services (DMS), helping take opportunities from idea to strategy to proposal to execution to results to growth. You don't have to walk in knowing every product we offer. We can teach the platforms. We're looking for the things that are harder to teach: curiosity, ownership, organization, communication, initiative and the ability to think strategically. We believe collaboration is strongest when our team is together - sharing ideas, solving problems and celebrating wins. What You'll Do

• Partner with Account Executives to turn client goals into smart digital strategies.

• Support opportunities across Core Digital and DMS.

• Help develop proposals, recommendations and client presentations.

• Take ownership of assigned campaigns and projects from launch through completion.

• Monitor performance and recommend ways to optimize results.

• Turn campaign data into clear insights and next steps for clients.

• Identify opportunities for renewals, retention and account growth.

• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to keep campaigns and deliverables on track.

• Stay ahead of issues, communicate proactively and bring solutions to the table.

• Develop expertise across our digital products, platforms, sponsorships and emerging opportunities.

• 2+ years of digital marketing, account management, media or sales support experience preferred.

• BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field preferred.

• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint and ability to learn internal systems.
